What’s Your Agenda is our fun, 3.5 hour workshop that gets participants playing games, laughing, and learning how to be resilient and thrive in disruptive environments such as a zombie apocalypse! Plus, it is now available as an ONLINE workshop!
This workshop is perfect for anyone in any industry that wants to learn how to be resilient is a changing and/or disruptive environment. If you are at the start of your career path, mid-way through, or even nearing the end, we all need to know how to be adaptable and flexible enough to survive uncertain work environments. Attendees learn about communication skills, conflict resolution, negotiation and persuasion, and about their own personal values. all in a bid to become more resilient.
The workshop brings together classic teaching styles of presenting, BRAIN-storming, as well as incorporating role playing and gamification in order to create an engaging and highly interactive workshop. It culminates in a final group game that the workshop was named for, What’s Your Agenda. It is a collaborative game of persuasion & secret motivations. Players must stick to the group agenda as well as their own secret agenda all the while managing their time, persuading their colleagues, navigating office politics, AND discovering the zombie impostors. The overall objective… can the team of extra special librarians figure out a way to survive the zombie apocalypse???
